Project Assessment	Our team works with you to understand company, organizational, program, and project objectives. Together we establish an appropriate group of stakeholders. With key personnel and direction appropriately defined, we develop the product life cycle documentation and schedule.
Requirements	Following the reviewed assessment phase, the project team works to derive product, functional requirements, and appropriate phasing, if necessary.
Staffing	With staff locally, and throughout the world, we develop teams that meet project, program, and budget requirements.
Specification	Product requirements are translated into functional requirements, architecture and design.
Reviews/Status	Communication is one of our core values. Through rigorous reviews and regular status, we make sure we're on track to deliver the product you require.
Implementation	After specifications and designs are reviewed, we begin the implementation. During the implementation, regular reviews are conducted to ensure development covers the requirements of the project, and that new features can be incorporated as early as possible.
Quality assurance	Whether working with our Quality Assurance partners, or your own QA organization, we regularly track and report both aggregate and detailed quality and reliability metrics.
Delivery	At the end of the product development cycle, all project documentation is turned over to your organization.
Iteration	We understand that product development is an iterative process. As such, we work with your product team to make sure we get the revisions you need when you need them.
